We take the greatest care in presenting and describing our products in order to inform the customer as fully as possible.

Orders are shipped with real-time tracking, allowing the customer to follow their parcel at any time.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days (including 1 to 2 business days for preparation, then 5 to 10 business days in transit), in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
We cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.
