The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day of consultation.
We take the greatest care in presenting and describing our products in order to inform the customer as fully as possible. Minor variations (colour, packaging, design) may nonetheless occur.
Prices are displayed in Pounds sterling (£).
As HypeScaling LTD is not registered for VAT, no VAT is collected or invoiced. The displayed price is the total amount due by the customer; no tax is added at checkout.
Delivery is free on all orders to the United Kingdom. No delivery charge, customs charge or import fee is added at checkout or on delivery (see section 6).
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. The payment methods available at checkout are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay cards; Apple Pay and Google Pay; Shop Pay; and Klarna. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfer or cheque.
The order is considered final only once payment has been confirmed.
Orders are prepared and dispatched from China by our fulfilment partner, carried to the United Kingdom by YunExpress and delivered by Royal Mail. Every order is shipped with a tracking number.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days (1 to 2 business days for preparation, then 5 to 10 business days in transit, including UK customs clearance), as set out in our Shipping Policy.
Parcels are shipped Delivered Duty Paid: any import duty and import VAT are paid by us. The customer is never asked to pay a customs charge or handling fee on delivery.
We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only. We cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.
The customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to cancel, without having to give any reason. This period is longer than the 14-day minimum set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The conditions, the returns procedure and the address of our returns centre are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please contact us before returning any item.
We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back, or from the day you supply proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
The refund covers the full price paid for the goods. Return postage is payable by the customer; as delivery was free, there is no delivery charge to refund.
The refund is issued using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately: we cover the return costs and replace or refund in full. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
We cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products purchased. Our liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing the customer relationship. We retain it only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018:

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, design) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without written authorisation.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
