If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In the event of a lost or stolen parcel, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
If the parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours at contact@marova-shop.com so that we can find a solution.
No customs charges are payable by the customer for deliveries within France: the displayed price is the final price, with no additional fees or taxes added at the time of ordering. Any import duties and taxes are covered by the seller.
As HypeScaling LTD is not registered for VAT, no VAT is collected or invoiced.
