Returns and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Right to Cancel

You have 30 days to exercise your right to cancel, without having to give any reason. This period is more generous than the 14-day minimum set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This period runs from the day on which:

• you, or
• a third party (other than the carrier) nominated by you,

take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your clear decision to cancel, by email at contact@marova-shop.com, or by post to our returns address set out in section 4.

3. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
• It must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• The returned item must include its original packaging and accessories.

4. Returns Procedure

To make a return, please contact us at contact@marova-shop.com, stating:

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return

Once your request has been approved, your parcel must be returned to our returns centre.

Please do not return any parcel before receiving our confirmation and return instructions.

5. Return Costs

• Return costs are payable by you.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Where we have advanced any return costs on your behalf, these will be deducted from the amount refunded.

6. Refunds

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We may however withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

The refund is issued using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
